Bossaso (SD)- The Puntland State of Somalia has issued a press release on the Petroleum Law signed by the President of the Federal Government of Somalia.

Puntland has recently been addressing all the disagreements it has with the federal government of Somalia.

Puntland said it is instructing all international companies interested in investing in Somalia’s petroleum industry to avoid the Somali oil pact signed by the president of Somalia.

It was couple days ago, when Puntland state of Somalia shut down all the electoral commission offices in Puntland.

Puntland also warned governments against exploiting Somalia’s oil resources, not through legal means.
