Mogadishu(SD)-Somali Minister of Justice Hassan Hussein Haji has called on the Somali people not to seek justice in Al-Shabaab controlled areas.

The Minister called on Somali judges to improve the service of the judiciary to the public in order to earn and attract the public’s attention to the Somali government’s justice institutions.

Some of the things that are believed to encourage people to seek justice from al-Shabaab include some of the judges in the state courts, excepting are bribe, which causes them to favor their case.

Most of the people living in areas controlled by the Somali government go to justice and control in the areas controlled by al-Shabaab, which they regard as al-Shabaab-controlled courts.
