Jigjiga(SD)-For the first time in the Somali region of Ethiopia, there will be a special force trained to be commandos, who will be operating in Jigjiga and where there are problems.

The force is currently training at the Garab Case military training camp, and they are part of the new Special Police Forces, who are also training there.

The 250 Commando contingent will be deployed where needed after they complete their training.

The police and the local security forces have recently been greatly enhanced with training of their intelligence and knowledge, as well as the addition of this special unit of Commandos which is expected to be improve the security in Jigjiga city.
