Hargeisa (SD) – UCID party chairman Eng.: Faisal Ali Warabe and a delegation led by him were warmly welcomed at Hargeisa airport back from a trip from Burundi.

People from the neighborhoods of Hargeisa have come out and welcomed the chairman,  Wadani, the other opposition party supporters and its leaders were among the many who were welcoming the chairman.

UCID Vice-Presidential candidate Prof Abyan said Burundi’s leaders welcomed them well, saying they had met with the vice president of the country, whom they explained Somaliland and its issues.

He also thanked the large crowd who welcomed the delegation led by Faisal Ali Warabe.

Also speaking, Chairman Faisal Ali Warabe addressed the government and President Bihi.

“Our country needs security, we are going to destroy it from the inside and not from outside of the country, there are threats, now that the parliament’s tenure is done, the judiciary and the executive are united, an election has to take place, we will not allow the parlementarians to be seated illegally.” Said Faisal Ali Warabe.

In the last few days there has been speculation that the president and his family were planning to file a case against UCID chairman Feisal Ali Warabe, but Feisal has not commented on it.
