EDMONTON (SD) – The Somali community in Canada, particularly in Edmonton, have demonstrated their concern regarding the recent attacks on Somali youth in Edmonton.

Leaders of the community stated that five victims had died from the injuries while the others are hospitalized and are in critical condition.

The Edmonton police department is said to be investigating and working to find the culprits.

Edmonton police have asked help with the investigation of the murders, in the past, Police had little to go on about gang related killing in the Western Provence of Alberta.

Attacks on Somalis in Edmonton, Canada have increased over the years, due to alleged drug trafficker’s luring then killing the Somali-Canadian youths.
