Mugadishu(SD)-The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia (TFG), Hassan Ali Kheyre participated the closing ceremonies of the Mogadishu Book Fair, and encouraged Young writers in Somalia to change the negative image of their country.

Prime Minister Hassan Ali Khayre said it is important for young people to write in Somali, as reading and writing leads to civilization and to avoid violence and conflict.

Mr. Hassan Ali said that the biggest challenge facing the country at this time is to change the world’s view of Somalia.

However, he believes it is a great prospect as the youth focus on reading and writing to tell the world what Somalia is, what it was and what it can be.
