Hargeisa-(SD)-Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi has inaugurated a large-scale project that Dahabshiil Group  has brought to South Korea’s state-of-the-art vehicle to Hargeisa.

Dahabshiil Motors CEO, Awil Sharif, explained what  has inspired the project and the issues that have been discussed over the course of two years.

“During the two-year creation of the company there has been a central question as to why the car market in the country is so overcrowded and what makes this an alternative car?” “The quality, safety of the person who uses this car, the safety it offers to the road users, the safety it offers to the environment, are all aspects of the vehicle we brought to the country,” said Mr Sharif.

Hyundai Motors is a major car maker, and it’s venture in Somaliland can be seen as a boost to encourage other potential investors to follow peruse.
