MOGADISHU (SD) – A Comprehensive Consultative Meeting Between Registered Political Parties and the Federal Government of Somalia opened in Mogadishu today.

A high-level consultative meeting between registered political organizations and the Federal Government of Somalia was officially inaugurated in Mogadishu. The meeting was attended by senior government officials, including the Minister of Justice, the State Minister of the Prime Minister’s Office, the State Minister of Foreign Affairs, and other government officials.

This meeting was organized by the National Reconciliation Coordination Committee, chaired by the Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Hassan Moallim Mohamud.

The discussions primarily focused on three key national issues, such as Security matters, Constitutional affairs, and Electoral processes

This meeting serves as preparation for the national convention called by Somali President Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, aimed at reaching a comprehensive political understanding at the national level.
