Mogadishu (SD) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia Mohamed Hussein Roble chaired a meeting of the National Consultative Assembly tonight.
The Zoom meeting focused on the smooth running of the country’s electoral process and the commencement of parliamentary elections as soon as possible, in accordance with the country’s election timetable.
Chairman of the Federal Electoral Commission who was participated in the meeting, shared with the National Consultative Assembly a report on the commission’s work on the electoral process.
The National Consultative Assembly meeting follows the cancellation of a meeting that state leaders announced earlier on Tuesday in Garowe.
