GAROWE (SD)-The Puntland administration has carried out a shooting execution of 10 individuals this morning, who were convicted by the courts for orchestrated killings of Puntland community leaders that occurred in the city of Galkayo.

The executed individuals were part of extremist groups, and their executions followed a signature from Puntland President Said Deni.

Puntland is searching for 3 members of the group who were executed today and recently escaped from Galkayo prison, with a reward offered for anyone providing information leading to their capture.

Galkayo, located in the northern part of Puntland, is one of the most security-challenged areas within Puntland, with frequent attacks carried out by extremist groups.
