MOGADISHU (SD) The Speakers of both Houses of the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Somalia have appointed the Organizing Committee for the Presidential Election of the Federal Government of Somalia.

The committee appointed by the chairmen has 17 members, coming from the lower and upper house of parliament.

The electoral commission of the two houses of the federal parliament of Somalia will also prepare and administer the presidential election which is expected to take place in the coming weeks in Mogadishu.

These members are required to submit procedures and everything related to the election, before the 17th of this month, which is less than two weeks.
