BEIJING (SD)-The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Somali Government, Ahmed Moalim Fiqi, is currently in Beijing, the capital of China, leading the Somali delegation participating in the tenth session of the Arab-China Cooperation Forum Ministerial Conference, scheduled to commence on May 30th.
The forum will release several important documents, including the Beijing Declaration, the implementation program of the Arab-China Cooperation Forum for 2024-2026, and a joint statement on the Palestinian issue, all set during today’s preparatory meetings.
Minister Ahmed Fiqi is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts and representatives of friendly and allied countries attending the ministerial conference to strengthen bilateral relations and explore opportunities for mutual cooperation.
