Hargeisa (SD) – Somaliland Ministry oh Health confirmed 19 new COVID19 cases in the country, two patients have died from the disease, according to the Ministry of Health.

According to the Ministry’s latest update, the total number of confirmed Coronavirus cases in the country reached 87, while the new death toll is 8.

Among those tested positive is a teenager, which is a sign that the country’s youth are not immune to the virus, and that it doesn’t just attack the elderly.

Of these, 13 are in Hargeisa, Marodi Jeh Region, and 6 are in Borama, Awdal Region, according to the Somaliland Ministry of Health.
