Erigavo November 03, 2022 (SD) – The leaders of Somaliland’s largest opposition party Waddani Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi Irro and Hirsi Hassan, visiting Sanaag region, demanded the government bring about a political solution before November 13, 2022.

The Waddani presidential candidate Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi Irro speaking to thousands of his supporters in Erigavo accused President Bihi of being afraid of the election.

He called on the government to forward a political solution before November 13, 2022 otherwise they will not recognize Muse Bihi as the president of Somaliland.

“We are calling for a political solution be reached before November 13, 2022 otherwise we do not recognize the president,” said candidate Irro.

Somaliland’s opposition and democratic stakeholders are opposed to the president bushed opening of the political organizations, ahead of the presidential election.
