Hargeisa (SD) – The Somaliland Human Rights Center has today released its annual report for 2020, with damming details of abuses committed by the Hargeisa Authorities.

The Report highlights pattern of abuse verified by the group’s regional monitors and provides recommendations for the government to improve Human Rights in the country.

Despite Somaliland’s democratic asperations, the government at time behaves as though the constitutional law is a mere suggestion.
