Mogadishu (SD) – The Northern Regions Parliamentary Election Management Committee announced the election time table of the Northern Upper House MP’s.

According to the released time table, the Northern Regions Upper House Election registration process will begin on Thursday the 23rd and end on the 25th of September.

On Sunday September the 26th, delegates that will elect the Upper House Senators from the Northern Regions will start training, according to the time table.

The election for the Northern Region’s Upper House is scheduled to take place on Tuesday September 28th and will conclude on the 30th of September.

Elections of the 11 seats of Somalia’s breakaway Northern Region’s Upper House Senators will take place in Mogadishu.

The election of the Northern Region’s Upper House Senators will be the last to be done in the country.
