HARGEISA (SD) – This week in Somaliland, the Human Rights Center has released its quarterly report on Human rights violation in the country. The report gives troubling details of authoritarian tendencies and judicial malpractice in Somaliland. The report covers the first quarter of 2022.

To discuss the report and the human rights condition in Somaliland we reached out to the Chairperson of Human Rights Centre, Yasmin Omar H. Mohamoud, and i began our conversation by asking her to give us an overview of the Work the center does.
