Mogadishu (SD) – A statement from the National Parties Forum has called on Ethiopian Prime Minister Abey Ahmed to withdraw their troops from Somalia.

The statement of the forum informed the Prime Minister of Ethiopia to review military intervention by Ethiopian forces in some parts of the country, especially in the Gedo region, which in recent days has been the center of debate over the intervention of Ethiopian troops, saying that all of this could hurt his recently won Nobel Peace Prize.

The National Parties Forum has accused the federal government of using Ethiopian troops to create chaos in the region.
