Hargeisa (SD) – Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi met with a delegation from the Ethiopian Federal States of Somali and Oromo.

The two Federal States delegations were invited to attend the Somaliland Industry Exhibition in Hargeisa.

The Somali and Oromo governments from Ethiopia led by the Oromo Vice President. Chaltu Sani Ibrahim, today visited the president at the presidential palace.

The two sides exchanged views on the long-standing relationship between Somaliland and Ethiopia as a whole, thanking the president for his warm welcome to the country.

The President’s meeting with the Ethiopian delegation were accompanied by Vice President Abdirahman Abdullahi Ismail Saylici, members of the cabinet and the Somaliland ambassador to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Yusuf Guled.
