Mugadishu(SD)-The National Union of Somali Journalists (NUSOJ) condemns the assassination of a Somali radio journalist who died in a suicide bombing in Awdheegle yesterday.

Abdinasir Abdulle Ga’al’s death was announced last night after the bodies of six people were brought to Mogadishu, including a journalist, were killed in yesterday’s attack.

Gaal, 24, becomes the third journalist to die this year in suicide attacks, He is described as a young man who has worked in various media outlets, he was working for HornCable Television before joining a Somali military Radio.
