Djabouti July 18,2019(SD)-Kaltun Nasir Hussein  a poat from the Togdheer region of Somaliland won the first place in the BBC’ Young Female Poet 2019 award.

Kaltun is a 26 year old mid-wife from Burco in Somaliland and she is also become the 3rd person to win this Award, which launched in 2017

The award was awarded to Kaltun Nasir Hussein by the Minister of Women and Religious Affairs, the Minister for Culture, Culture and Ethical Affairs of Djibouti.
