Mogadishu(SD)-Reports from Lower Shabelle region say that Al Shabab leader Ali Mohamud Rage, Ali Dhere was injured in a recent operation in the Shaam District, the operation was conducted by the Somali National Army.

Al-shabab spokesman Sheikh Ali Dhere’s injuries are serious and he is been treated at Al-Shabab held Kuntunwarey district in Lower Shabelle region.

Officials of the Army told the media  about he faith of the Al Shabab leader.

Al Shabab did not comment on the clashes and the injury of Ali Dhere.
