Nairobi (SD) – Puntland’s electoral process faces major challenges as TPEC leadership recently resigned, accusing the regional state of not following through it’s Constitutional obligations. TPEC Chairman Guled Salah Bare and his deputy Jama Hersi Farah said if the constitutional objective of 52 district council elections are to be completed, the government has to play it’s role.
