Dhusamareb(SD)-Some of the candidates for Galmudug’s presidency have described the process of the appointment of a Galmudug technical committee to be illegal.

According to media reports, the members of the committee are public servants in the offices of the president, the prime minister and other ministries.

The candidates called for a re-appointment of the committee and to form an independent committee that do not work for the government.

The Somali government is adamant not to get the results it wants in Galmudug, unlike Jubaland and Puntland.
