Nairobi(SD)-A Kenyan official says a senior Al-Shabaab official is currently in the counry.

The news comes from the Kenyan security forces. The Al Shabab officer, Abdi Wahaid Isse Khalif Abdi (Issa Tarabun), arrived in Kenya on 24 September.

The Somali government has previously said that the officer has been arrested and will be arraigned in court, but since then there has been no information about the official from the Somali security sector, as Kenya has finally spotted him in their country.
