Mugadishu(SD)-The Minister of Information of the Somali Government Mohamed Abdi Hayir Mareye has called the chaos of some of the regional states that he misunderstood the federal system.

He cited the United States as an example for the federal system taking place now in Africa.

The minister said Somali government was working to establish a federal government based on the law.

The statement of the Minister comes at a time when there is fierce conflict between the federal government and some regional governments in Puntland and Jubbaland.
