Mogadishu(SD)-The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, Saadq Hirsi Warfa, said that the first steps in alleviating poverty and unemployment are moving forward.

Minister Warfa, in a speech today at the Federal Parliament, announced the revising budget for 2019 today in Parliament passed the first reading and that the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has more than fifteen million dollars for Community rescue project.

The social protection project, supported by the World Bank, is supported by the Somali government, and the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs has declared its commitment to reducing unemployment and poverty.
