HARGEISA (SD) -Somaliland’s ongoing electoral dispute escalated this week after Police shot at and peppered prodemocracy protesters in Hargeisa. The UK funded Rapid Response Unit could be seen arresting, brutalising officials from the opposition parties. Currently the government is adamant in postponing the presidential election slated for next November.
