MOGADISHU (SD) – Somalia’s electoral process is at near completion with multiple issues regarding transparency, delegate selection, government and security officials being elected and most of all robbing women’s 30% quota.
To discuss these issues and a way forward we spoke with Halima Ismail Ibrahim and Ibrahim Mohamed.
Halima is the Chairperson of the Somalia’s Independent electoral commission and Ibrahim is a good governance and transparency consultant he also did work with NIEC.
