Nairobi (SD) – EU Ambassador to Somalia Nicholas Barlengo has denounced the recent executions of six people convicted of murder in Somaliland.
The EU Ambassador in a twitter post has voiced his opposition to Capital punishment.
“As we know the challenges of security, elections, debt forgiveness, rule of law and development … the EU strongly opposes the death penalty in any circumstance and situation,” the ambassador wrote on Twitter today.
