WASHINGTON (SD) – This week on dispatches, we will be discussing, The latest on Somalia’s election including former spy chief Fahad Yasin winning a parliamentary seat, incumbent MP and minister of planning Jamal Hassan questions election process in Bossaso and FIET spokesperson says Garbaharey elections could be postponed, and finally the controversial oil exploration agreement signed by minister petroleum minister Eng. Abdirashid Mohamed Ahmed.
