Addis Ababa (SD) – Somaliland’s Deputy Ambassador to Ethiopia Ambassador Barkhad Mohamud Kariye in an interview with Ethiopian Press agency -EPA, said negotiations are underway to have Ethiopian banks to operate in Somaliland.

The ambassador also talked about the security and stability in Somaliland, the recent dialogue between Somaliland and Somalia, and the ongoing foreign trade and investment in Somaliland.

The Berbera agreement and Somaliland’s technology companies and their progress and their participation in the recently announced free market in Ethiopia.
