Hargeisa (SD) The Somaliland National COVID-19 Prevention Committee has received a generous medical supplies and financial aid from one of the largest companies in the country, the Dahabshiil Group.

These medical supplies included Covidh19 testing Laboratory machines, a Ventilator and three ambulance vehicles, worth $600.000.

The Dahabshiil Group also donated $ 200,000 in cash, meant for 4000 Somaliland families, the company promising that it plans to donate more in the near future.

The donations were accepted by the Chairman of the COVID-19 Committee Vice-President Abdirahman Abdullahi Ismail Saylici, who thank Dahabshiil for its generous medical and financial aid.

The Donations follows a series of similar donation provided to the National COVID-19 Prevention Committee by large national companies like Telesom and WorldRemit, as a social responsibility gestures.
