Garowe (SD) – Chairman of the Puntland Electoral Commission, Guled Salah Barre, announced the results of the local council elections in Ufeyn, Qardho and Eyl districts of Puntland.

Yesterday’s election saw Kaah, the Truth and Justice and the United Political Associations winning most seats.

The majority of local council seats in the three contested districts were won by the KAAH party led by President Deni.
