Hargeisa (SD) – The Mayor of Hargeisa and his Deputy met with the Ambassador of the European Union to Somalia. The meeting discussed how the EU could assist local governments with projects such as roads.

The two officials also discussed Mooge’s plans to transform the capital Hargeisa and how the European Union could help.

The EU Ambassador Nicolas Berlanga and the Mayor of Hargeisa Abdikarim Ahmed Mooge and his Deputy Khadar-nur Ahmed Omer did not issue a joint statement on their discussion points.
