Dhusamareb (SD) – In Dhusamareb, the capital of Galmudug state, a ceremony was held last night marking the 15th anniversary of Galmudug’s founding on August 14th.

The President of Galmudug State of Somalia Ahmed Abdi Kariye was among the attendees at the 15th anniversary celebrations of Galmudug in Dhusamareb last night.

The highly organized event was also attended by Galmudug Vice President Ali Dahir Eid, Galmudug Parliament Speaker Dr. Mohamed Nur Ga’al, members of both houses of the Galmudug government, members of both houses of the Federal Parliament and former Galmudug President Ahmed Duale Haaf.

President Qoorqoor congratulated the new senators of the Upper House on their election in Galmudug.

The President congratulated the government and people of Galmudug wherever they are, wishing them peace and prosperity.
