Garowe (SD) – A delegation led by Somali Prime Minister Hassan Ali landed at Garowe airport today, accompanied by the presidents of Somalia’s federal member states.

The funeral was attended by the Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia Hassan Ali Khaire, the Presidents of Puntland, Jubaland, Galmudug States of Somalia, the Speaker of the Upper House of the Somali Parliament Abdi Hashi Abdillahi, Heads of State, Wadajir Party Leader Abdirahman Abdishakur Warsame, members Puntland and Federal Councils, all Puntland Chiefs who came to Garowe for the funeral and various dignitaries.

The former Prime Minister’s body was brought from Turkey and was buried in Garowe today.

Prime Minister Hassan Ali Kheyre and his delegation with the President of Puntland will return to Dhusamareb after the funeral, where tomorrow a regional government conference and the federal government is to open.
