Hague (SD) – Judge Abdiqawi Ahmed Yusuf, one the Judges at the International Court of Justice (ICJ), has criticized the court’s ruling in Somalia’s maritime dispute with Kenya.

In a statement issued by Judge Abdiqawi, said the court had circumvented its rules and previous rulings and that it is unfair and illegal for the Court to give Kenya territorial waters it is not entitled to based on a congested sea over a voluntary agreement with Tanzania, which Kenya lost a maritime border of 25,000 Miles.
