MOGADISHU (SD) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Hussein Roble, visited Government Spokesman Mohamed Ibrahim Moalimuu at the hospital tonight after he was injured in an explosion yesterday.

The Prime Minister comforted Moalimuu, who seemed to be recovering well, and prayed for his speedy recovery.

“The prime minister has spoken to the Moalimuu, who is recovering well, and prayed for his speedy recovery,” the PM posted on Facebook.

The prime minister listened to a report from doctors treating the government spokesman, noting that his injuries were minor and that they’re working towards rehabilitating him.

“The prime minister has heard a report from doctors treating the government spokesman,” the statement said.

Government Spokesman Mohamed Ibrahim Moalimuu broke a leg and sustained an arm injury as a result of the injury, with a severe chest injury that caused internal bleeding, and breath difficulties.
