MOGADISHU (SD) – Ahmed Awil Warsame was today elected as the chairperson of the Elections Dispute Resolution Committee (EDRC).

The election of today follow the Committee meeting at the airforce hangar within Aden Adde Airport.

His predecessor Hussein Mohamud along with six other members of the Committee were dismissed on December 21 by prime Minister Mohamed Roble following accusations of bias.
