HARGEISA (SD) – Somaliland President Muse Bihi Abdi, today met with all male leaders of political associations, leaving out the only female association leader in the country.

Leaders of uninvited political organizations said this was a testament to the president’s support for all male invitees.

The meeting, held at the presidential palace, focused on elections and the registration of the political parties, according to a statement from the Somaliland presidency.

The meeting comes as the Traditional leaders, government and opposition parties are due to meet over the electoral dispute again tommorow.

Leaders of the political parties whom some have not yet registered are demanding that they be included in the electoral talks.
