MOGADISHU (SD) -The Council of Ministers of the Government of the Federal Republic of Somalia, which held its weekly meeting today, approved the proposal of the Ministry of Internal Security for the Director of the National Security and Intelligence Agency to be Mr. Abdullahi Mohamed Ali (Sanbalolshe).

Mr. Abdullahi Mohamed Ali (Sanbaloolshe), the new Director-General of NISA, possesses knowledge and expertise in national security matters.

Sanbaloolshe has previously held various positions, including Minister, Member of Parliament, Ambassador, and Director of the National Intelligence and Security Agency, where he served on multiple occasions.

The Council of Ministers thanked the outgoing Director of NISA, Mr. Mahad Mohamed Salad, for his tenure and the service he provided to the nation during his term in office.
