Hargeisa October 02,2022 (SD) – The President of Somaliland opposed the registration of new political organizations a year ago and is now insisting on it, possibly risking political and civil turmoil.

The President of Somaliland has then returned to the House of Representatives the law number 14 to the House in 2021,
