Hargeisa (SD) – The Minister of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland Omar Ali Abdillahi today received a state-of-the-art oxygen generator donated by the World Health Organization (WHO) to Somaliland.

Officials also discussed training for the staff who will operate the machine and prepare a suitable site for the generator.

The state-of-the-art generator is the first of its kind in the country and is intended to supplement the existing Oxygen generators in the country.

The Ministry of Health Development of the Republic of Somaliland is working hard to improve the country’s health services as it currently struggles to prevent and control Covid-19 virus, which continues to threaten the country.
