Hargeisa (SD) – Speaker of Somaliland’s House of Representatives Abdirisaq Khalif Ahmed, informed Parliamentarians that the House will be in session today.
Members of the House of Representatives have not attended a session since a dispute over the Law number 14 of the opening of political associations.
Whereas other Law makers believe that the country should focus presidential and Senate elections first.
Some members of the House of Representatives submitted the disputed Law to the Somaliland Supreme Court for clarification.
The statement issued by the Speaker eluted to focusing on other laws the public want them to focus on.
The Somaliland public is widely anticipating the Supreme Court’s decision.
