Mogadishu (SD) – The Speaker of the Upper House and the Speaker of the Federal Parliament of Somalia were welcomed at Garowe International Airport in the Puntland State of Somalia.

Puntland President Said Abdullahi Deni and other Puntland officials welcomed Speaker of the Upper House Abdi Hashi and Speaker Mohamed Mursal Sheikh at Garowe International Airport.

The Speaker of both Houses of Parliament left for Garowe to attend the Heritage Institute Debate Forum which will be held for the first time in the country, especially in Garowe.

Some of the candidates for the presidency of Somalia and the heads of some regional administrations are also expected to arrive in Garowe to take part in the debate in Garowe.
