Hargeisa (SD) – The governments of Somaliland and Taiwan today signed an agreement on health cooperation in Hargeisa.

Somaliland Deputy Foreign Minister and Acting Minister Liban Yusuf Osman today officially signed with his Taiwanese counterpart Joseph Wu, Somaliland-Taiwan Health Cooperation Agreement.

Also present at the signing ceremony were the other diplomats and officials from the Ministry of Health of Somaliland and Taiwan.

The agreement on health development is part of the cooperation and strengthening of relations between Somaliland and Taiwan.

The governments of Taiwan and Somaliland have last year opened political offices in their respective capitals.
