Djibouti (SD) – Djiboutian government through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs released a communique on the Somaliland and Somalia talks held in that country today.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued statement reads:

A spokesman for the Somali government said in the press release was unofficial, clarifying that the “talks are between Federal Government of Somalia and Somaliland”
