Dhusamareb (SD) – Galmudug Parliament Speaker Mohamed Nur Ga’al has today appointed Galmudug presidential election commission for the President and vice president. 

The 13 members of the committee, who are Galmudug Parliamentarians, will prepare the election process for the President and his deputy. 

Also, there is an opposing Galmudug Electoral Commission appointed today by Galmudug’s current President Ahmed Duale Guelleh Haf.  

The list of 68 members of President Haf’s wing has been said to have been selected by the elite elders of the Galmudug clan signatories. 

There are an opposing electoral process going on in both Galkayo and Dhusamareb, supposedly, both plan to elect the new Galmudug President.
