Cracks appear in the opposition parties over election agreement with president

Hargeisa (SD) – Somaliland opposition parties leaders split over the president’s decision to primary the three national parties.

UCID interior secretary Mohamoud Ali Salebaan Ramah and secretory of the central committee Jiir Ali Madobe both blamed the opposition For the election dispute.

Wadani leader Hirsi Hajji Ali is reported to be upset about the new election agreement and was for further escalation.

Opposition insiders tell Somali Dispatch that the friction was brought out by their real intentions of ambitious plans of either imploding the opposition parties or take them over.
